Rescheduling Policy

To reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a £15 fee.

Late Arrival Policy

We recommend you arrive at least 5 minutes before your session so that we can offer you the best experience. Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we will be unable to accommodate your booking.

No Shows

Customers who do not attend their scheduled workshop (“no-shows”) are not eligible for rescheduling and the original booking fee will be forfeited.
