AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking system, and participation in our arts and crafts workshops. By accessing our website or booking a workshop, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. About Us

We provide arts and crafts workshops designed for creative learning and personal enjoyment.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official website or an approved booking system.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard and Apple Pay.

• A booking confirmation email will be sent after payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations. All sales are final and refundable. If you are unable to make your session we are able to reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance of your appointment.

• Rescheduling: You are able to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance of your original workshop. Any appointments that are rescheduled within this time frame will incur an additional £15 fee.

• No-Shows: Customers who do not attend their scheduled workshop (“no-shows”) are not eligible for rescheduling and the original booking fee will be forfeited.
In exceptional circumstances, we may allow a reschedule at our discretion. If approved, a £15 rescheduling fee will apply.

• Workshop Cancellations: If we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the option to reschedule for a future session.

4. Participation & Safety

• By attending a workshop, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.

• Certain workshops may involve the use of tools, paints, or materials that could cause injury or staining. Participants assume all risks associated with such activities.

• Parents or guardians must accompany children under 12 unless otherwise specified.

• We are not responsible for any damage to personal belongings during workshops.

5. Promotions & Special Offers

• Promotional offers are subject to availability and may change or end at any time without prior notice.

• Promotions cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit.

• Unless explicitly stated, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or offers.

• Any promotional items (e.g., free gifts, add-ons) are provided as-is and hold no monetary value.

• If a booking associated with a promotion is rescheduled in accordance with our Rescheduling Policy, the promotional offer may no longer apply, depending on availability and validity dates.

• If a customer is deemed a no-show, any promotional item or offer associated with the booking is forfeited.

•Free Keychain Promotion
• One free keychain is provided per qualifying bear purchased. The qualifying bear must be 18cm or larger.
• Participants in this promotion must use the same colours selected for their original bear when creating the keychain.
• Choosing additional or different colours will be subject to an additional fee.

6. Intellectual Property

• Occasionally, we may take inspiration from well-known characters for educational purposes. These designs are not for sale and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, but we are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during workshops.

• Participants engage in workshops at their own risk. If you have allergies or medical conditions that may be affected by workshop materials, please inform us in advance.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By using our booking system, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
